Business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Please allow 2-4 days to process your order and authorize payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped immediately when the business week starts again, unless it is a holiday. Shipped orders will arrive within the given time frame on the order form.

At Glam House Boutique, we thoroughly examine our products before they reach your hands. Please note, once packages leave our facility, we are no longer liable for lost packages or packages damaged during shipping. We do not issue refunds on lost or damaged packages. Please make sure to contact your local post office to further investigate the status of your package.

We always want you to feel satisfied with the quality of our products here at Glam House Boutique. To make sure of this, our orders are individually inspected before they reach your hands. For this reason, we only offer refunds for incorrect or damaged items. Please take specifications when making your order so you are satisfied with your purchase choice, as our products are personally curated for your fulfillment. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we gladly offer refunds for unworn products that still have their tags attached. If the item is worn, has any signs of wear, odor, discoloration, or alterations, we will have it returned to your shipping address. Products should be shipped within 7 days of the customer having received the product. We do not offer exchanges at this time, but with the issued refund you can place a new order with the item of your choice. Please note, we do not offer return services for swimwear and intimate apparel.
